BrighterEd welcomes its new Regional Manager for Japan, Masae Kondo. Masae will be overseeing BrighterEd’s recruitment, marketing, and operations in Japan from her office in Osaka.
Masae joins BrighterEd with over 12 years of experience in international higher education with considerable experience in the US Pathway sector. She most recently oversaw Japan recruitment for Shorelight and played a key position in admissions for Study Group.
She will manage BrighterEd’s network of agents in Japan and will further develop a recruitment strategy for the market.
“Japan is a perfect market for BrighterEd and Masae will do a great job,” says Jason Hall, BrighterEd Founder and President. “All of our location are popular for Japan (San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Hawaii) and the agents are already very excited.”
Masae graduated from Royal Roads University Graduate School with a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies including Global Leadership, Global Communications, and Higher Education Administration. She studies in the United States and lived in Canada for 23 years.
BrighterEd partners with Hawaii Pacific University and has its own US Transfer Programs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Houston.
