BrighterEd launches a US Transfer Program – Texas
Houston, Texas, USA – BrighterEd, provider of international-enrollment solutions for US higher education, launches its latest US Transfer Program in Houston, Texas. The program officially called, “US Transfer Program – Texas” will provide international students with support with academics, English, and transition to life in the United States during their first two years of studies before progressing onto a major university.
Students in the US Transfer Program – Texas will study at Lone Star College in Houston, Texas. Lone Star Community College System is one of the top three colleges in the US for international students with above 3,000 international students.
Student in the Transfer Program receive additional support with academics, English, and transition to life in the United States – similar to a Pathway. Students also have a dedicated transfer advisor who makes a plan for the students on how they can accomplish their education goals in the US.
Students will have guaranteed progression to Texas A&M, University of Texas at Austin, University of Houston and more.
“Texas has a lot of great colleges and universities,” said Jason Hall, President of BrighterEd. “Our Transfer Program will allow students to prepare for admissions for those schools during their first two years where we can offer support.”
The US Transfer Program – Texas will be BrighterEd’s third Transfer Program after Los Angeles and San Francisco, and will mark its fourth partnership including Hawaii Pacific University.
